Im a design geek, i do letterpress, silver jewelry, silkscreening, designs with Corian, bookbinding.
i really like books from: Borges, Bolaños, Cortazar, Ibarguengoitia, Ortega y Gasset, Schopenhauer,
mmm i have an old manual tabletop printer press (thats were i do my letterpress stuff) , and a small jewelry workshop, i used to work at the development of fragances and cosmetic products, right now im working at a museum in Mexico City designing products for the museum store
my illustration style is lineal and with heavy contrast, i walk a lot, i read a lot (i really like short stories, Cortazar used to say that in a novel you win by points, but in a short story you win by k.o.) i read a lot about design (theory, process, illustration, fashion, etc) I like music but im more of a kinestesic person,
i also make reliefs, im just starting in photography, i really like the fleas and antiques markets, i finished my career at 2004, mmm one time i burned my hand when i was experimenting with a toy soldier mould that i found at an antique market (i have a small scar) jajaja =) i dont know, what else do you want to know?
