I was a professor in NJ but am now a professor of at Shaw University in Raleigh, NC. I am an avid reader and spend most of my time trying to publish articles/books. My favorite types of music are classical and show tunes. I enjoy lots of different kinds of literature but my area of specialization is Modernism. I am also a devotee of the New Yorker and the New Yorker Caption Contest. I enter every week (though I've never been one of the finalists).
Most people would say that the celebrity I come closest to in appearance and personality is Woody Allen.
