I'm a relaxed law grad who likes nature, good food, and stimulating conversation. I'm hoping to meet someone who likes to chill, try out new restaurants, and just enjoy this incredible city we're living in. I'm very into politics and current events, and a leftward political bent is a must. I enjoy ice skating, theatre, and an occasional trip to a swanky bar, but most of all I appreciate a cozy night in with a good movie, a home-cooked dinner (my new hobby is Southern cooking!), and some wine. I like a guy who can hold an interesting conversation, and a sense of humor is crucial...as is a sense of adventure. After all, as my friends will tell you, I could fill a book with the strange-but-true things that happen to me, so I'm looking for someone who can laugh at himself and enjoy the absurdity of everyday situations. I also love discovering new music, so I hope you'll introduce me to some of your favorite bands.
I've been told I look like Fiona Apple. And I often get "some European model" who isn't Giselle. In terms of personality, the historical figure I identify with most is Queen Elizabeth I. And from the world of television . . . Edna Krabappel from the Simpsons.
Intellectual, ambitious and engaging, but doesn't take himself too seriously. Passionate about something, even if it's something I don't agree with. Unafraid to say what he thinks and go after what he wants. Honestly, it's all about chemistry, so we'll just have to meet and see how it goes!
