I have made many bets regarding my origins and I always win. What I do for a living, or rather, the main theme of my PhD is always accompanied by lust, curiosity and assumptions (I do hate assumptions). I will say literature is the framework.
I moved to the city a year ago.
My books are overcrowding my apartment, making me feel like a Ionesco play; and I have had a miserable time finding decent fruit and vegetables in town. I sing while cooking and dance in the shower. I've discovered that living in the city with a dog by my side makes everything happier.
Literature and doing sports are (some) of my passions. I have done many a-sport, from running to pole dancing to martial arts and biking.
I am a writer (my first book is on kindle, alas, in another language), I like to create worlds to live in between the lines, although I know that life is always stranger than fiction.
I translate languages as much as they allow themselves to be translated; I teach because it is an innate necessity.
Back in my un-home I used to work in a science tv show, which made my geekness emerge like a butterfly.
I am a very serious knitter.
I have found that meeting men in this city is hard, meeting smart men, impossible feat, meeting smart, cultured handsome, chivalric men, non-existant.
