I guess if you haven't seen Friends then my screen name won't make much sense to you. Trust me, it's cute. I think most people would say they don't know why I'm still single, but alas...here we both are. I'm a pretty simple person. I like mellow stuff like movies, board games, sports, hiking. Not a big partier or drinker. I suppose I'm looking for someone similar because that would make a good match. Values-wise, I believe it is possible to be a good person without being religious. Politics-wise, I'm pretty middle of the road and independent-minded. The most important things in my life are my family and my friends. I am an L.A. native and my parents live in the same city. I have friendships that have endured for 20+ years. I work in a pretty cool place and enjoy my job. I would be happy to tell you what I do when we meet. Outside of work, I take karate and teach a kids class Saturday mornings. I also play on a parks&rec basketball team with some long-time friends. One of my hobbies is writing. I like most any kind of music--I don't care what genre it falls under as long as it sounds good to me. So for example, I like pop, rock, classical and even country.
